Corporate Travel
The Week Travel Club is currently handling travel requirements for in excess of sixty companies and organisations. These range from small to medium sized City companies to the Media, Art and Retail sectors. Without exception we are providing an efficient, cost effective, knowledgeable, confidential and personal service. The Corporate Travel Team all thoroughly enjoy looking after our clients' diverse requirements, and they understand what personal service really means.
What we offer
First hand knowledge and personal service are at the core of everything we offer our clients. Our Travel consultants are highly experienced and therefore their knowledge is extensive. We are proud of the fact that our consultants have been with us over a long period of time and can boast the highest levels of expertise in this competitive and ever changing market.
Travel Planning
The company is able to assist a client in a review of their Corporate Travel and the establishment of a travel policy designed to benefit the client in line with the nature of the business and the company's overall travel requirements. This can result in the negotiation on the clients' behalf of 'route deals' with relevant international carriers, as well as negotiated Corporate rates with pre agreed hotel groups.
Ticketing
The IATA license allows us to ticket all IATA registered airlines. ABTA membership gives access to all major consolidators. Private air charter and helicopter services are provided as and when required. We provide a Rail ticket service both domestically and europe-wide including Eurostar.
Car Hire
We have agency agreements with all the major car hire companies on a global basis.
Visas
We sub contract a visa service through a specialist company. We can obtain visas in return for a small fee.
Hotel Reservations
All the major international hotel groups' corporate rates are available to our clients. Depending on the client's specific corporate policy and 'bed night' volume, more advantageous rates can be negotiated.
Courier Service
We operate a courier service from our offices in Fulham three times per day to Central London. The last bike leaves at 3.30pm with delivery guaranteed by 5.30pm.
24 hour services
The offices are open from 9am to 5.30pm from Mondays to Fridays. However we operate a 'full out of hours' service to our clients 365 days a year.
